Messages may include responses to agent support requests, contracting status updates, carrier appointment status updates, document requests, certification and training reminders, compliance reminders, system access notices, and service alerts.
This SMS/text messaging program is not used for marketing, lead generation, consumer advertising, promotional offers, or messages to insurance consumers.
